New to Pilates XC? here you have the most commonly asked questions and doubts, if you can not find what you are looking for, feel free to reach out to us, we will gladly answer your queries.
Please bring grip socks, comfortable workout clothes, and water. If you don’t have grip socks, you can purchase a pair at our studio.
Absolutely! We offer beginner-friendly classes and our instructors will guide you through everything step by step.
Each class is 30 minutes long — designed to be effective, fun, and safe.
We offer Beginner, Intermediate, Cardio Reformer, Sculpt, and All-Level Reformer classes. Advanced 2.0 classes are coming soon!
Please arrive 10 minutes early, especially for your first class. We’ll walk you through the equipment and introduce you to your instructor.
Yes! Evening classes are available at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM from Monday to Thursday. Morning classes start at 6:00 AM.
Yes! We offer a free trial class for first-time visitors. Just register online to claim your spot.
